Worst customer service experience ever!We brought my iPhone 6 in to NBCS to replace my cracked screen. We asked their unpleasant front desk lady if their screens are made by Apple and she bluntly said NO! We then asked who makes their aftermarket screens and she impolitely said "I can't disclose that information or else I will get fired". Which was a very unusual, sketchy, and extremely unprofessional reply raising a huge red flag. Regardless we decided to entrusted NBCS with my phone because the owner was an old acquaintance of my boyfriend. When we came back to pick up my phone with the new screen the tech gave it back to us with a dead battery which again was really unprofessional. The tech said the new screen works fine and that it was a straight forward replacement with no internal damage but that the Touch ID won't work anymore due to an Apple update identifying aftermarket screen replacements. Something which should of been explained to us before they replaced the screen and took our money because the tech said they do hundreds of iPhone screen replacements annually. We then struggled recharging my phone for hours afterwards and a support.apple.com/iPhone/restore message displayed disabling my phone completely no matter what we tried. Later that night we called Apple support and after 3 hours on the phone with their technical support department their engineers found multiple issues with my phone. By remotely running a full diagnostic summary scan through my laptop via wifi which they said was caused by NBCS cheap knock off aftermarket screen and lousy inexperienced improper replacement causing abnormal battery drain, disabled touch id ,and many other new problems. We told NBCS tech the next day what Apples engineers said and he got very nervous asking us "did you tell Apple we replaced your screen?" and when we said yes he frantically asked "why did you tell them that" and we said because they asked us which raised more suspicion as to why the tech was so worried, concerned, and upset. We brought my phone back to NBCS and dropped it off again with another rude, ignorant, and disrespectful front desk lady who was very defensive an demeaning when we tried to explain to her why we where back again. When we returned to pick up my phone again the tech unhappily handed it to us charged and turned on. We tried asking the tech some questions about the new issues with my phone but he just gave us attitude and replied with one worded snappy answers displaying his childish pouty inconvenienced body language. After we left we tried to reset my phone to it's original factory settings in order to try and sell it on Kijiji because I bought a new iPhone 7 but we couldn't reset my iPhone 6 due to a reset pass code that was never there before. We went back and told the NBCS tech and he said they will charge us to remove it which was not only shady but also pathetic considering everything NBCS put us through already. We refused and went to Core Computers and asked how to remove the reset pass code ourselves. We asked Core if it comes standard with iPhones and they said no somebody enabled it. Since I never put any pass codes on any of my phones I just assumed the tech at NBCS did it maliciously and revengefully as a money making tactic. The girl at Core told us they get a lot of very upset, frustrated, and angry customers from NBCS who have also been taken advantage of just like us. As she took a closer look and further inspected my phone she said that a rubber seal around the home button was also missing which she said should of been installed by NBCS with their new aftermarket screen. Core not only confirmed NBCS horrible reputation but also proved that their staff are incompetent in permanently damaging my phone. Not only did I learn a very valuable lesson from NBCS but I also learned to do my research and thoroughly read through honest customer reviews from real truthful encounters and carefully filter out fake 5 star posted reviews!

WOW...Christmas morning, I had a computer problem that needed to be repaired. I was going to drop it off for repairs during the week to one of the major retail stores in the city, but knowing that since it is the busy time of the year for them. I knew that it would be there for a while. Then I found this company while doing Google search. I emailed them Christmas morning (not expecting a response for a couple of days) and I got a surprise return phone call from them later on Christmas Day and made appt. for the next day. They came and solved the problem right in my home without leaving my house. VERY courteous and professional. HIGHLY recommend this company to solve big or even small computer problems.

Turning on my main computer today I heard a nice POP sound. Looked around my office to see what happened - realized it was my main computer. Went over to my assistant’s computer to load it and get on the web to see if it was in trouble - and it was out as well? Double Whammy. I called North Bay Computer Services and they came right over and had me up and running in no time at all. They were able to save my out-dated systems and also gave me a quote on new computer systems. They took care of my need before I even asked. They were professional and courteous and saved me a lot of problems. I highly recommend them for your computer needs.

Let me say again that I was really impressed with your services. I have always been weary of leaving my computer in the hands of strangers; to me it seems akin to handing over your house keys to someone you don't know! Josh was really flexible with his scheduling and was able to come over within hours of my call (sooner if my schedule had allowed it). He was very friendly and efficient. Your onsite service is great! Within 2 hours my computer was up and running again.
