We have been customers of Jay's Auto Center since 1990. I drop off our vehicle, they check it over and call me with a solution to my problem as well as the quote to complete the job and when I pick up my vehicle the bill is never a surprise. They only so the work we have approved and are very honest about what has to be done 'Now'---'Very Soon' --- 'Near future' and 'When you can' The staff at Jay's are knowledgeable, honest and friendly. Also, we wouldn't buy a vehicle without consulting Jay's and getting their stamp of approval. I recommend them to everyone. Thanks Guys
Steve at Jay's Auto found my problem fast and fix my leaking transmission line quickly and efficiently. Leo found me a quote for parts and service promptly and drop me off as well as picked me up to get my car. I strongly recommend everyone in the North Bay area to bring your vehicle there for repair. They are honest, friendly and very reasonably priced. They even bring you back in the shop to show you what's wrong with your vehicle. They were so happy to help me and all services were served with a smile. What a great shop.

Now my car is a good as new and ill be going there for any future repairs. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family.

FINALLY!!!! An excellent service garage with prompt accurate diagnosis of our problems --followed by the needed repairs at an honest price. Every employee was courteous, att- entive, and professional. My 18 year old Honda Civic is running as good as ever again. Wish I had been using this garage since we moved here 9 years ago. Has my highest re- commendation and referral for Honesty, Fair Pricing, and Excellent Service. Have used several garages here in North Bay since moving here---will be using Jay's Auto Centre for all my vehicles' needs from now on--including my 1 year old other vehicle still under warranty. Have the utmost confidence in trusting the people at this garage. I know how valuable it is to find a garage you can believe in--this is the place.!
